What You Need to Know
Your time is valuable to me and I want to make sure you receive the best service possible during your scheduled appointment.
To help me do this, please notify me within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel or need to adjust the time, and I'll be happy to help you to reschedule.
Failure to give at least 24 hours notice will result in being charged the full price for your appointment. No shows will also be charged the full amount and may be required to make a deposit when booking a future appointment.
I understand delays happen, so I do allow a 15 minute grace period for emergency situations. Please understand that adjustments might possibly have to be made to the service to account for the missed time. If you are later than 15 minutes, you will be charged 50% of the service fee and you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Refunds
At Phat Nails by Anya, I pride myself on providing the best possible service.
All nail services are non-refundable. However, if you are not completely happy with the service, please let me know right away. I will be happy to make any adjustments needed to the initial service and fix it as quickly as possible.
